Bruno K has taken a powerful step to support social media sensation Timothy Kayanja, alias Jayden, who is currently battling a life-threatening sickle cell condition that has continued to worsen in recent weeks.

“Ugandans surprised me in a big way,” he said. “We started the live at around 10 PM, but by the time we wrapped up, we had raised almost UGX 50 million. This is something very powerful and I am truly thankful.”
