Two Ugandans were burnt to death after their house was set on fire in Limpopo, South Africa.
The two identified as Joshua Mutaasa, 33 and Rita Okello, 30, were business people.
Authorities in South Africa found petrol that was used in the arson as they investigate the motive behind the attack.
An attempt to extinguish the fire and rescue the couple was unsuccessful as all windows and doors were locked.
Provincial police spokesperson Colonel Moatse Ngoepe said a 24-year-old Ugandan man was arrested in connection to the murder after a manhunt.
Sulaiman Kamya was allegedly found in possession of stolen cellphones and house keys.
He appeared in court on Monday and faces two counts of murder, arson and theft of a motor vehicle.
The 24-year-old is expected to appear in court for a formal bail application on January 14th.
