The singer was responding to questions about her life and music career.
“There is no privacy and it is not easy. That’s why many musicians don’t like talking about their love life. It is that not simple,” Rema said in an interview.

Her relationship with the BET Award winner Eddy Kenzo has on copious times thought to be edging on a burning bridge – it seems their relationship isn’t what it is on the outlook when these two are in public.

Rema confessed that she met Eddy Kenzo before he became overly illustrious and when he was still an ‘easy and down to earth guy’ saying she loved his honesty and there was nothing fake about him.
“By the time I met Kenzo, he wasn’t that famous. He was easy and down to earth guy. I loved his honesty and there was nothing fake about him. I wanted someone who was real and Kenzo was one. We ended up falling in love,” Rema said.
The singer also shared the significance of her current relationship with Eddy Kenzo saying “we are just there”.
Eddy Kenzo has habitually darted questions about Rema during interviews.
